Future Plans

The Lakewoods Subdivision has a total of 34 lakefront lots. The Developer owns additional lakefront property immediately south of the Subdivision which it has plans to develop an additional number of single family lakefront lots. The total number of lots planned for Phase 2 is 28 however, this could vary up or down depending on layout surveys to be done.

There are also future plans to build a private airport for Lakewoods residents. Such a facility would make Lakewoods a very unique property.

These future plans are preliminary at this time and no commitments have yet been made for these future developments.
